Try it

Up to build, down to break.

Press the wheel and drag up or down. Move onto a habit, let go – logged. Sixteen suggests the value you usually enter.

  • nothing logged yet–

Goal: under 3 seconds.

What it tracks

Twelve up, twelve down. That’s it.

Up to twelve habits you want to build and twelve you want to break. The limit is deliberate: a list you can scroll forever is a list you stop reading.

Build

Yes/no, counter or timer. Minutes, reps, pages – your usual value is already suggested, confirming is one tap.

Break

Logged when it happens – not ticked off daily. Honest counting instead of guilt.

Groups

Push-ups and pull-ups under “Workout” – and log the child directly.

Custom fields

Option lists or free text per habit: a chess game carries the opening, a work session the project.

Recap

A chart per habit over the window you choose, with peak, average and minimum. Plus a calendar.

Streaks – optional

Off by default. When on: no confetti, no guilt. Reminders are local and opt-in per habit.

What it doesn’t do

Your data stays on your phone.

No account

No sign-up, no login, no email address.

No network

The app has no server to talk to. No analytics, no tracking, no ads.

No sync

One device, by design. For a new phone there is backup and restore – to a location you choose.
